Who is responsible

Boxysoft DA, registered in Norway, is responsible for handling personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, use our contact form.

Website visits

Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, may process normal server logs containing information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and access time to operate and secure the website.

GoDaddy also automatically includes a hosting performance and traffic-measurement script on pages delivered from this hosting account. Technical usage information may be processed by GoDaddy to provide that service. See GoDaddy’s privacy policy for its handling of this information.

Support messages

The support form collects your name, email address, selected project, subject and message. We use this information to respond to your request and follow up on the issue you report. Messages are delivered to the configured BoxySoft support inbox; this website does not store them in a database.

We process general support correspondence for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and operating our projects. A request concerning a purchase or contract may also be processed where necessary to handle that contract. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP address and browser or device signals, to verify requests and prevent abuse. Our server verifies the Turnstile token before submitting a message for email delivery.

The form also includes a hidden spam field and validates requests on the server. We do not use these measures for advertising. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of technical information.

Providers and retention

Hosting, CAPTCHA and email providers may process the information needed to provide their services. Providers may process information outside Norway or the EEA under their applicable data protection arrangements.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request, manage necessary follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. The issue, follow-up needs and any legal retention requirements determine that period. Hosting and CAPTCHA providers manage technical logs under their own retention arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request through our contact form. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Other sites and products

The Kian Knight website, app stores and individual games or applications may have their own privacy policies. This policy covers the BoxySoft website and its support form. It will be updated if our processing changes.
